Intuit's Global Engineering Days is a bi-annual world-wide hackathon for the company's global engineering community. GED brings 8k technologists from around the world to participate in a week-long celebration and participation in coding, fun, and innovation. 

For Spring 2024, we made the story of GED all about the engineers. Taking on an entirely new direction and moving away from visual thematic containers was a big swing that took meticulous planning and execution. Pulling in key senior and manager-level technologists that exemplify "Builder Culture", I art directed a photo shoot and transformed the visual expressions into an immersive experience. 

We vetted, interviewed, and photographed Intuit's brightest across Mountain View, San Diego, and Atlanta. The images were then pulled into various creative executions including an installation of pillars featuring photos and quotes from the engineers. To bring in an element of inclusion, we installed mirrored pillars so that our global Intuit technologists can see themselves featured amongst their peers, further cementing a sense of a worldwide and deeply collaborative tech community.
