New Matter was a consumer electronics startup focused on launching their flagship product, the “MOD-t” 3D printer, to the masses. The MOD-t was a user-friendly 3D printer that was designed for the classroom or household. Marketing focused heavily on families and schools with a focus on ease-of-use, while brand positioning leaned on the narrative of the perfect starter 3D printer.
